Even though I have mental chatter that feels overwhelming, confusing, and even scary, I deeply and completely love and accept myself anyway. 

Even though I can’t stop thinking and it feels impossible to calm my mind, I deeply and completely love and accept myself exactly the way I am.  

Even though I don’t know how to calm down and stop my overactive mind, I choose to accept my mind the way it is.  I choose to love my mind exactly the way it is. 

Even though I worry so much about all kinds of things, I am open to relaxing and I am open to allowing my mind some peace and quiet.  

Even though I want to get in touch with my feelings more, I am not really sure how I feel.  I don’t even know how I feel right now!  Even though I feel far away from my feelings and my feeling senses, I deeply and completely love and accept myself the way I am right now. 

Even though I’m scared to let go of my thoughts because I don't know who am I without my thoughts, I am open to giving my thinking mind a break.  I choose, right now, to relax my mind.  I choose to clear the mental chatter that is not serving me.

Even though I am not sure I am deserving of a calm mind, I feel like this might be how I am meant to be and I might not be capable of change, I’ve lived my whole life like this, my parents were like this, and I’m just not sure there is much hope for me, I am open to small, incremental changes that cause me to relax my mind and open up my feeling senses.  I choose to relax.  I choose to allow.  

Even though clarity is for other people and not me, I am not willing to give up on my dream of feeling more calm, relaxed, inspired, and free.  I am open and willing to receive clarity of mind however it comes to me.  I am open to having the feeling of a calm, clear, and relaxed mind and body.  I am open to receiving the benefits of increased emotional well-being.
