Karate Chop Point (KC):

Even though I am having a hard time with this lockdown, I acknowledge how I feel.

Even though I am having a hard time with social distancing, I acknowledge how I feel.

Even though I I don’t want to stay inside and I am tired of being alone - I miss interacting with people, and I want to be able to do what I want, I choose to honour this feeling right now.  I choose to breathe into this feeling and feel it.  I choose to honour my frustration with this lockdown right now.

Even though I’m afraid to go outside and spread this virus, I feel pent-up and frustrated that I have to stay inside,  I choose to love and accept myself just as I am.  I’m not sure I should wear a mask but I’m scared of people when I see they are not wearing a mask,  I am open to accepting what is happening right now.  I am open the right course of action for me will be revealed.

Even though I miss people, I also feel like being separated from people - it’s confusing and disorienting, but I am open to honouring my feelings anyway and I am open to loving myself exactly as I am.

Even though I’m not sure social interaction will ever go back to normal, I am open to accepting all of my emotions and I choose to be open to loving myself and others right now.
