Even though I am scared of gettingthis virus (COVID-19), I acknowledge how I feel.

Even though I this virus feels out of control and I am really worried about it spreading to other people, I choose to honour this feeling right now.  I choose to breathe into this feeling and feel it.  I choose to honour my fears right now.

Even though I’m afraid for society and culture and the workforce and the economy, I choose to love and accept myself just as I am.  I am full of worry and despair and I feel powerless but I am open to accepting what is happening right now.  Even though I am not sure acceptance is possible, I am open to honouring my feelings anyway and I am open to loving myself exactly as I am. 

Even though I’m not sure life will ever go back to normal, I am open to accepting all of my emotions and I choose to be open to loving myself and my life exactly as it is right now. 

Eye Brow Point (EB): I am really scared of this virus.

Under Eye Point (UE): I’m scared it might kill me.

Under Nose Point (UN): I’m scared it might kill someone I know and love.

UN: I'm scared of losing my way of life.

TOH: Maybe there will be some good that comes out of this virus? 

EB: Part of me finds that really hard to believe.
